By using NutriVoice, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
NutriVoice is a nutrition tracking app that lets you log food by voice or text. The app uses a combination of technologies, including artificial intelligence, to help analyse your inputs and provide nutritional insights.
NutriVoice is not a medical service. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional information provided by the app may not be accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for dietary or medical decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NutriVoice. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you have or believe you may be at risk of developing an eating disorder, please do not use NutriVoice and seek professional medical help.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
NutriVoice offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Free accounts include a limited number of AI credits per month. Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Nutritional values displayed in NutriVoice can be estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any nutritional information provided by the app. You should not rely solely on NutriVoice for critical dietary decisions.
You are solely responsible for knowing about any food allergies you may have and for verifying the contents of any food before consuming it. Any information provided by NutriVoice relating to food ingredients, allergens, or dietary suitability may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as a substitute for your own verification. We disclaim all responsibility with respect to food safety, allergens, or contraindications to medications.

NutriVoice and its content, features, and functionality are owned by 4dface Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your nutrition data belongs to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4dface Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NutriVoice, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on nutritional information.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or GBP 50, whichever is greater.
NutriVoice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional information will be accurate.
We may suspend or terminate your access to NutriVoice if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of NutriVoice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
